Meteora methods, options / Zoombox error

Posted by deukalion

Ok. I've been trying to get Meteora to work for some time and it always conflicts with Zoombox or any other JQuery stuff.

Anyway, I've been trying to get the Popup widget to functioning and there is no way that I can apply the options on any new Popup that I create.

example:

(and this is just one example I've tried)

function popupDemo() { new Popup( 'Test', { 'url': 'test.php', 'width': '480' } ); }

Also, there should be a little more info about the options. Considering you create a new object of the class Popup, why can't I use any of the methods on it?

Popup.center(); for example, that should work or whatever it's called when I create it?

If you have a method inside the Options or something that isn't working either, I've tried placing options everywhere and trying applying methods everywhere and I all get is the function is undefinied or similiar.

So, instead of just saying “here you put the options”, why now show how it really works so we have to stop guessing? Cause any other language, JAVA in this case uses OBJECT.METHOD();

So, any ideas?

Either nothing happens or the defaut Popupdemo just disappear when I enter something that should be valid, or is it that v0.71 is just bad?

Like I've said, nothing wrong with these widgets just a little more documentation (I am not a newbie to programming, just Meteora)
