Meteora 0.5
Meteora 0.5 is now available for download.
With this new release, Meteora is featuring three new controls:
- Picbox: A control to display images in top of an overlay. It is smart enough to adapt itself to the screen size. [ demo | doc ]
- Bubble: Shows “idea bubbles” in any element. We are using it within the Form control as an user-friendly way to display input errors. [ demo | doc ]
- Treeview: Displays and allows the user to interact with hierarchical nodes. You can use AJAX to create and display new nodes. [ demo | doc ]
Other improvements we made:
- Menu: Added horizontal menu plus some usability fixes.
- Form: We added the new Bubble control to this one to display beautiful validations.
- Datagrid: New actions when you press enter, escape and tab keys.
We also fixed some bugs showing under IE6 and cosmetical issues.
The missing test/ directory is back again, since many of you complained about its sudden deletion.

Exelente , pero tengo un incoveniente , que yo utilizo prototype y el problema es qe tengo qe usar una cosa o la otra pero las dos al mismo tiempo no se pueden chocan y no jalan ninguno de los dos , o acaso hay alguna solucion para esto?

Prototype es bueno, pero mootools es mejor, no dependes de scriptaculous y su asquerosa documentación, el tamaño de mootools es mucho menor al de prototype.
Si únicamente estás usando prototype sin scriptaculous, pasar tus apps de Prototype a mootools+meteora sería cosa de unos cuantos cambios por aquí y por allá no mucho.

Si ya eh cambiado de opinion , y me cambiare a mootools y por su puesto tambien usare meteora , es liviano y sin complicaciones! y felicidades por estos exelentes widgets! ahh una opinion! deverian de liberar tambien una version en espanol Somos mexicanos qe el mundo sepa qe en mexico tambien se desarrollan cossas potentes!!

hi,guys.your job is wonderful!!but i found a problem that in v0.5,picbox is showed wrong image size in IE when view an image the first time .

Hello!
Great library!
Found a bug at Puff. If the background has an image or color in IE6-7 when it “puffs out” it changes the color of the div to whatever the background is (instead of leaving it -white- like the div)..
On Firefox works like a charm!
